Im Falle des Ankaufs ist eine Provision in Höhe von 6 % zzgl. MwSt. bezogen auf den Kaufpreis (> 25.500 EUR) bzw. in Höhe von 10 % zzgl. MwSt. bezogen auf den Kaufpreis (< 25.500 EUR) an o.g. Firma zu entrichten.
Bei Anmietung sind die üblichen Gebühren (bei Gewerbe 3,57 fache bzw. bei Wohnraum 2,38 fache der Monatsmieten) fällig.
Im Falle der erfolgreichen Vermittlung einer Ferienwohnung beträgt unsere Provision 10 % des Gesamt-Mietpreises über den gewählten Zeitraum, jedoch mindestens eine Tagesmiete zzgl. MwSt., welche im Mietpreis bereits enthalten ist. Um eine Reservierung zu erwirken, muss mindestens diese Summe bei Abschluss Mietvertrages angezahlt werden.
Die Provisionspflicht wird üblicher Weise im Expose´ ausgewiesen. Die jeweilige Provision ist fällig und verdient bei Abschluss des Kauf- bzw. Mietvertrages.

In the case of the purchase a commission is at a value of 6 % zzgl. VAT related to the purchase price (> 25,500 EUR) and/or at a value of 10 % zzgl. VAT related to the purchase price (< 25,500 EUR) have to pay mentioned on above company.
In the case of renting the usual fees (with trade 3.57 subject and/or with dwelling 2.38 subject of the monthly rents) are due.
In the case of the successful switching of a vacation home our commission amounts to 10 % of the total rent during the selected period, however at least one daily rent zzgl. VAT, which is already contained in the rent. In order to obtain a reservation, this sum must be deposited at least at the time of conclusion of lease.
The commission obligation is proven usual way in the Expose '. The respective commission is due and earned at the time of conclusion of the purchase and/or lease.
